LOFT (Living Our Faith Together) is a ministry for young adults in the Glastonbury area, ages 18-35. We meet regularly for community service projects and fellowship so together we can live our faith through observable actions and explore faith through open, honest dialogue. We aim to provide a environment where young adults can grow spiritually, reach out to others by building relationships, and impact our community through selfless acts of love and kindness.
We currently meet twice a month on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month. The second Saturday of the month we focus on growing spiritually and building relationships through various fellowship activities. The fourth Saturday of the month we impact our community through a project called Isaiah 58, a mobile soup kitchen that serves the hungry in New Britain. We often schedule other service projects around the area throughout the month. All LOFT meetings and projects are posted on our calendar.
We hope the activities we participate in will act as springboards for conversation focused on exploring faith. Everyone is welcome at our meetings regardless of religious background, and we welcome you to invite your friends.
